Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers
„Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers” is an international project that aims to support and develop the entrepreneurship of local creators, artists, cultural heritage institutions, and cultural centers from five Subcarpathian municipalities. To the project by recruitment from among 15 municipalities, 5 of them qualified, which are:
- Czarna Municipality
- Kołaczyce Municipality
- Narol Municipality
- Niwiska Municipality
- Świlcza Municipality
Artists, activists, and officials in charge of culture in these municipalities are taking part in a series of trainings and workshops and will participate in a study visit to Norway in October. Project participants will learn and put into practice modern methods of promoting culture. On top of that, individualized, long-term strategies for local development and cultural entrepreneurship will be prepared for each municipality.

Named project „Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers” benefits from funding of EUR 411,132.32 received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA and Norway Grants. The total value of the project with own contribution is PLN 2,208,099.22.
