Workshops for women
The Workshops for Women at the TUTU Center create a space where women can have meetings, conversations, exchanges of experiences, thoughts, concerns, and talk about their problems.
Every week, we meet with workshop participants for group psychological sessions. We talk about many topics, e.g. how to take care of your emotions, value yourself, deal with difficult times and how to find inner balance.
This is the time and place where you can feel free and safe. A place where you can share your problems and experiences without judgment or criticism with women who are looking for support and want to be heard like you do.
For who?
For women who:
- are looking for the source of their inner strength and mental toughness.
- are standing at a crossroads. They feel that change is coming but feel that they are not yet ready for it.
- are in the process of searching for themselves. They want to know themselves better, discover their values and resources.
- are currently experiencing some kind of crisis. They are experiencing difficulties in life and do not know how to deal with them.
What are the benefits?
- you will learn how you can take care of yourself, your needs, and what is important to you.
- you will discover your capabilities and the possibilities within you.
- you will develop self-awareness of your needs, your body, and your identity.
How is it done at tutu?
Workshops are held regularly, every Saturday. They are a safe space for conversations, thoughts, and collective support.
You can come, stay silent, and observe the work of other participants or you can open up to discussions when you are ready to do so.
Each workshop is held at a different time so you can choose which workshop you would like to join. However, we recommend taking part in all the workshops as they are complementary to each other.
