Second municipal teams training as part of the project „Subcarpathian Culture without barriers”
On July 13-14 2023 the second training of municipal teams was held. The workshops were conducted jointly by:
Tomasz Leśniowski – President of the Board of Directors of IPMA Poland, Member of the Board of Directors of pm2pm sp. z o.o. Has 20 years of experience in the creation and management of organization, investment, consulting and training projects.
Ewa Bednarczyk – Expert in the area of sustainable project management, has 13 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in project management.
The result of the second workshop is the identification of unique values, mission and vision, strengths and weaknesses of the municipality’s activities in the area of cultural heritage, as well as opportunities and threats.
The municipalities participating in the project are:

- Kołaczyce Municipality
- Narol Municipality
- Niwiska Municipality
- Świlcza Municipality

The project called „Subcarpathian Culture without barriers” benefits from a grant of EUR 313,842.82 received from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the EEA and Norwegian funds. The total value of the project including own contribution is PLN 1,685,963.64.
