During the visit to Norway, our team met with the Norwegian Arts Council of Norway/Kulturdirektoratet where they presented the plan for the implementation of the project "Subcarpathian Culture without Barriers.”

The project aims to support and develop entrepreneurship of local creators, artists, cultural heritage institutions and cultural centers from 5 Subcarpathian municipalities.
